The ornamental design for a shooting rest, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shooting rest showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the back view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines immediately adjacent to the shaded areas in FIGS. 1 and 5 represent unclaimed boundaries of the design.
