Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a polyline identification tag showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the polyline identification tag shown in FIGS. 1-4 adjacent a pipe at the start of installation;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the polyline identification tag shown in FIG. 5 during installation; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the polyline identification tag shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 at the completion of installation.

The rear view is a mirror image of the front view shown in FIG. 1.

The bottom view is a mirror image of the top view shown in FIG. 2.
