FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the oral dosage form of FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image of the side elevational view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the oral dosage form of FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image of the plan view of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 4 is an end view of the oral dosage form of FIG. 1, the opposite end being a mirror image of the end view of FIG. 4.

The broken line showing is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken line is representative of the boundary between the claimed and unclaimed subject matter of the design. The stippled shading indicates areas contrasting with the differently shaded central region.
