What is claimed is the ornamental design for an in-store display sign, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a left side elevational view of an in-store display sign showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a back elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The dashed lines in FIGS. 1 and 2, indicating fold lines, do not form any part of the claimed design for the in-store display sign.
