FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the physical fitness and rehabilitation apparatus of FIG. 1 shown without the exercise ball, which is a mirror image of a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is right side elevational view of the physical fitness and rehabilitation apparatus of FIG. 2, which is a mirror image of a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the physical fitness and rehabilitation apparatus of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the physical fitness and rehabilitation apparatus of FIG. 2.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1-5 represent unclaimed portions of the physical fitness and rehabilitation apparatus and form no part of the claimed design.
