The claim is directed solely to the array of solid shaped elements and their spatial relationship on the unclaimed substrate. The solid shaped elements represent color contrast. The broken lines in the drawing show environmental subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for disposable diaper product package or wipes product package with surface indicia, as shown and described.
