The ornamental design for a tree grate, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tree grate showing my new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof.

The bottom view of the tree grate is the inverse of the top view of FIG. 2 and the edge views are solid edges.
