FIG. 7 is the seventh image thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is the eighth image thereof.

The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-8. No ornamental aspects are associated with the process or period in which one image transitions to another image. The portions of the graphical user interface and display screen shown in broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating environment and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for an animated graphical user interface for a portion of a display screen, as shown and described.
