I claim the ornamental design for a punch-out flap for a container, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a punch-out flap for a container according to the present invention; and,

FIG. 2 is a left elevation view thereof.

The claim is directed to the solid lines and the area within the solid lines including perforations represented by dashed lines. The broken lines represent unclaimed environmental subject matter.
