FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a base plate of a chair mechanism of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear side elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof.

A bottom plan view has been omitted as it does not form a portion of the claimed design.
