The ornamental design for a tri-fold greeting card, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the tri-fold greeting card in a folded configuration showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view of the folded configuration shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a back plan view of an open configuration, the broken lines being for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 4 is a front perspective view of a partially open configuration, the broken lines on the left and right portions being for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forming no part of the claimed design, the broken line on the center portion representing a perforation line;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an assembled configuration, the broken lines on the side portion being for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forming no part of the claimed design, the broken line on the center portion representing a perforation line;

FIG. 6 is a front view of the assembled configuration shown in FIG. 5, the broken line on the center portion representing a perforation line;

FIG. 7 is a back view of the assembled configuration shown in FIG. 5, the broken lines being for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 8 is a left view of the assembled configuration shown in FIG. 5, the broken lines being for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 9 is a right view of the assembled configuration shown in FIG. 5, the broken lines being for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 10 is a top view of the assembled configuration shown in FIG. 5;

FIG. 11 is a bottom view of the assembled configuration shown in FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 12 is a perspective view of the assembled configuration shown in FIG. 5, the broken lines indicating pages with indicia on the center portion being for the purpose of illustrating further environmental structure and forming no part of the claimed design.
