I claim the ornamental design for a carrier for a disk brake rotor, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a carrier for a disk brake rotor; and,

FIG. 2 is a front view of the carrier for a disk brake rotor shown in FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of the environment is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed designs. The rear view of the carrier for a disk brake rotor is a mirror image of the front view. The left, right, top and bottom views of the carrier for a disk brake rotor are not visible in its normal and intended use, and thus those views have been omitted.
