FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the present invention wherein the retractable cover for the applicator portion of the head is retracted and wherein the handle is in the extended position;

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of the present invention wherein the retractable cover for the applicator portion of the head is deployed so as to cover the applicator portion and wherein the handle is in the extended position;
