The ornamental design for a drying mat, as shown and described.

The sole FIGURE is a plan view of a drying mat showing our new design. The FIGURE shows our new design in a repeating pattern having raised portions and is intended to be applied uniformly to the entire surface of the drying mat as shown in the drawing figure.
