I claim the ornamental design for a binder, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a first embodiment of a binder embodying my new design with the binder in a closed configuration, the binder has a front panel, a back panel, a middle panel between the front panel and the back panel, and a spine between the middle panel and the front panel.
