I claim the ornamental design for a handle for vehicle storage compartment door, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the handle for vehicle storage compartment door of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the handle.

FIG. 3 is a top elevation view of the handle.

FIG. 4 is a bottom elevation view of the handle, with the bottom plan view being a mirror image.

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view of the handle; and,

FIG. 6 is a left side elevation view of the handle.
