The ornamental design for a lighting projector, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a side and front perspective view of the lighting projector showing my design;

FIG. 2 is a top and front perspective view of the base of the lighting projector;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation view thereof showing the base in a first orientation with respect to the upright member of the lighting projector;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof showing the base in a second orientation with respect to the upright member of the lighting projector; and,

FIG. 5 is a side elevation view thereof showing the base in a third orientation with respect to the upright member of the lighting projector.

The lighting projector is primarily, but not exclusively used for road-traffic signs. The broken line showing in FIGS. 1 and 2 is for the purpose of illustrating that the lighting projector has no specific length and forms no part of the claimed design.
