FIG. 5 is an enlarged left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof; and,

Where a broken line separates claimed surfaces provided with surface shading, and unclaimed surfaces, that broken line is understood to represent an unclaimed boundary between the claimed surface and the unclaimed surface.
