Abstract

Description

FIG. 1 is a flat pattern view of a tree trunk cover.

The dimensions can vary depending on the height and width of the tree trunk cover required.

The material thickness can vary from 1/32 to ⅛ inch thickness depending on the material used, which an either be poster board or metal.

It shows that there is a stiffener wire made out of spring steel that can range from 1/32 to ⅛ in diameter.

This stiffener wire is to be taped or glued to the inside surface of the tree trunk cover. This will help maintain a circular shape when the tree trunk cover is assembled.

On one end of the tree trunk cover there is a cut-out slot that engages the tab on the other side. The design of the slot and tab can vary. One possible design is illustrated; and,

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof.

This figure shows the tree trunk cover fully assembled in a used condition.

It shows that the design would allow the diameter of the assembled unit to range from a minimum of 18 inches to a maximum of 24 inches and various increments thereof.

When assembled, the tree trunk cover could be in various dimensions from 12 inches minimum to 18 inches maximum in height.
