The broken lines shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 of the construction helmet desk caddy are shown for the purpose of illustrating portions that form no part of the claimed design.

The nature of the invention is an ornamental design for a construction helmet desk caddy of the sort intended for use in the storage of pens, business cards and other like utensils.
