We claim the ornamental design for a medicinal delivery device, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the medicinal delivery device according to the invention;

FIG. 2 is a side view of the medicinal delivery device according to the invention, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top view of the medicinal delivery device according to the invention;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the medicinal delivery device according to the invention; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear view of the medicinal delivery device according to the invention.
