I claim the ornamental design for a belt cleaning system with rotating spray bars, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a belt cleaning system with rotating spray bars showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a belt cleaning system with rotating spray bars including my new design.

FIG. 3 is a front plan view of the belt cleaning system with rotating spray bars, the back plan view being a mirror image of the front view.

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the belt cleaning system with rotating spray bars.

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the belt cleaning system with rotating spray bars; and,

FIG. 6 is a first side view of the belt cleaning system with rotating spray bars, the second side view being a mirror image of the first side view.

The broken line showing of details in FIGS. 1-6 is included for the purpose of showing environmental portions of the belt cleaning system with rotating spray bars and forms no part of the claimed design.
