I claim the ornamental design for a portable container lid, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the portable container lid showing the new design thereof.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a front side elevational view thereof.

The rear side elevational view thereof is the exact same as the front side elevational view.

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof.

The right side elevational view thereof is the exact same as the left side elevational view; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines for the portable container lid throughout FIGS. 1 through 5 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
