I claim the ornamental design for a waterproof seat garment, as shown and described.
FIG. 1 is a rear, left side isometric view of a flexible waterproof seat garment configured as worn by a wearer illustrating a pair of movable waist inserts in position for inserting into a wearer's pants and a movable lower extending flap in a fastened position.
