The ornamental design for a combined clip device and support for elongated members, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front, bottom, right side perspective view of a combined clip device and support for elongated members showing our new design in the non-operative position;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof, the rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof, the left side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a front view of the combined clip device and support for elongated members shown in the operative position with an elongated member.

The broken lines in FIG. 6 represent an elongated member which forms no part of the claimed design.
