FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a forefoot sleeve with cushion showing my new design in condition of use on a human foot;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a rear view thereof, worn on a human foot;

FIG. 9 is a front, cross-sectional view taken along line 9-9 in FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 10 is a back, cross-sectional view taken along line 10-10 in FIG. 7.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1-10 illustrate portions of the forefoot sleeve with cushion and environmental structure which form no part of the claimed design. Contour lines are provided merely to illustrate contours of the material, and also form no part of the claimed design.
