The broken line showing of a stethoscope, mobile phone, and pager is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing down the center of the article in FIGS. 4 and 8, and along the right side interior perimeter of the article in FIG. 8 is stitching and is considered part of the claimed design.
