Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a note sheet embodying our new design with the note sheet configured to receive indicia and having a top surface with lines, a rectangular body portion, and a rectangular tab portion with rounded shoulders and an overlay.

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view of the note sheet of FIG. 1, the bottom surface having a region of adhesive on the rectangular body portion.
