We claim the ornamental design for the portable power distribution box, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the portable power distribution box of our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof, with the bottom view being identical; and,

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof, with the left side view being identical.
