The ornamental design for a grease containment apparatus, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a grease containment apparatus according to my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the grease containment apparatus;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the grease containment apparatus;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view of the grease containment apparatus;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view of the grease containment apparatus; and,

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the grease containment apparatus, shown mounted to a roof-mounted exhauster fan assembly.

The rear elevation view of the grease containment apparatus is identical to the front elevation view.

The left side elevation view of the grease containment apparatus is identical to the right side elevation view.
