FIG. 9 is a partial enlarged view of FIG. 8 thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the cross arm taken along line 10-10 in FIG. 8 showing the ridges are of uniform height. The ridges along the entire cross arm and in the supporting base are all of the same, uniform height.
