I claim the ornamental design for a lighting fixture, as shown and described.

The sole FIGURE is a perspective view of a lighting fixture. This fixture has mirror image symmetry. The shade has a circular horizontal cross section.

The broken lines shown in the drawings are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
