FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof, showing the outer release layer of FIGS. 1 and 2 removed, exposing an inner release layer;

The relatively light shade lines on the surface portions indicate contour and not surface decoration. The dark horizontal lines on the front surface of FIGS. 1, 2, 4 & 5 indicate slits and not surface decoration.
