The article in which the design is embodied is a garment with a sleek, expandable pocket containing a fold or flap to securely contain items absent any securing devices such as a zipper, VELCRO200, etc. The secure fold feature of the pocket is created by folding the fabric to create a flap. The flap is held in place by stitching, as shown by the dotted lines, the sides in two places; to the left and to the right of the pocket. The pocket is constructed of stretch fabric which forms the outer enclosing wall of the pocket and wraps around the other side and over the top to form the secure fold.
