We claim the ornamental design for a door handle with paddle actuator, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the door handle having a paddle actuator according to the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the door handle of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an opposite side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is an opposite end elevational view thereof.

No claim is made to the bottom or rear side of the door handle, or to structures shown in broken lines.
