FIG. 2 is a front elevational view, the rear elevational view being an identical mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view, the right side elevational view being an identical mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1-5 of the hoop carousel are for the purpose of illustrating environment, and form no part of the claimed design.
