FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear view thereof, showing the release layer of FIG. 2 removed.

The relatively light shade lines on the surface portions indicate contour and not surface decoration.

The short dashed lines in FIGS. 3-6 are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the apparatus and form no part of the claimed design. The long dashed lines in FIG. 2 and corresponding lines in FIGS. 3 and 4 represent a slit and form no part of the claimed design.
