FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a paper roll dispenser, with a base and end piece separated for clarity, showing my new design, the opposite side being a mirror image of the shown;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of the shown; and,

FIG. 5 is an isometric view thereof.
