FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pencil holder showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is an elevational view of the front thereof.

FIG. 3 is an elevational view of one side thereof. The opposite side elevational view is a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 4 is an elevational view of the back thereof.

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The pencils in FIG. 1 and the inside surfaces in FIG. 5 are included to show features that form no part of the claimed design.
