Included in the claim are the long evenly spaced broken lines (- - - -) at the top quarter of the card in FIGS. 1 through 3, 9, and 10 depicting a single straight perforation, and the long dash-dot broken lines ( - • - • ) depicting horizontal fold lines at the right and left sides of the card and the top edge of each of the three larger rectangles in FIGS. 1 through 3, 9 and 10. All other broken lines depict environmental subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.
