The thickness of the rear layer of the insignia badge as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3-6 is shown foreshortened as represented by generally wavy parallel broken lines which are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design, as no specific thickness of either layer is claimed as a part of the design.
The eagle shape of the front layer of the insignia badge, as shown outlined in broken line in FIGS. 2 and 9, is part of a trademark of Cascade Corporation, an Oregon corporation.
