The ornamental design for a hookah body, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of my new design for a hookah body.

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view of the right side of FIG. 1, the left side being identical thereto other than not having the logo, and the front and back sides are identical thereto other than the lack of the logo and the position of the hose attachment; and,

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 1.
