FIG. 1 is a perspective view taken from a front, right side of a marine outboard engine cowling side panel according to an embodiment of our design shown on a marine outboard engine shown in dashed lines;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

Throughout the Figures, where shown: (i) the dashed lines showing additional structure of the marine outboard engine cowling side panel are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design; (ii) the unshaded surfaces form no part of the claimed design; and (iii) the dotted/dashed lines illustrate unclaimed boundaries of surfaces claimed as part of the design.
