FIG. 7 is a bottom perspective view of a hand held electronic device holder shown in use on the back side of a hand attached to a broken line showing of a handheld electronic device with a field of corresponding mating hook material attached to a portion of the back cover.

The grid pattern on the handheld electronic device closure represents a loop material that used for the purpose of mating with a corresponding hook material.

The broken lines showing on the claimed portion of the design is for the purpose of illustrating stitching and forms a part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of the hand and electronic device illustrates the environment of the claimed design and forms no part thereof.

I claim the ornamental design for a handheld electronic device holder, as shown and described.
