I claim the ornamental design for an evacuation stretcher strap, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of an evacuation stretcher strap in a relaxed configuration.

In FIG. 1, stitching patterns on the evacuation stretcher strap and a portion of an evacuation stretcher are illustrated in dashed lines and form no part of the claimed design.
