The ornamental design for a lawn edger tool, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the lawn edger tool according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the lawn edger tool according to the present invention;

FIG. 3 is an elevational view of one side of the lawn edger tool according to the present invention; the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the lawn edger tool according to the present invention; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the lawn edger tool according to the present invention; the bottom of the lawn edger tool is not visible during normal use.
