FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a shoulder carrier for children showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The mesh surface shown positioned in the seat area depicted by broken lines, has been shown for the purpose of illustrating a portion of the shoulder carrier for children which forms no part of the claimed design.
