The ornamental design for a graphic user interface for a GPS navigation device, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a graphic user interface for a GPS navigation device showing my new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof.

The broken lines are included for the purpose of illustrating portion of the graphic user interface for a GPS navigation device that forms no part of the claimed design.

The claimed graphic user interface for a GPS navigation device is installed in a vehicle with built in audio and video display.
