I claim the ornamental design for a cup with a transparent bottom portion, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cup with a transparent bottom portion, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of FIG. 1, the rear, left-side, and right-side elevation views all being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1.
