FIG. 2 is a perspective view in an optimal half open position thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front side plan view with the back side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the binding side thereof;

FIG. 5 is a plan view of the page side thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top side plan view with the bottom side plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is a side view in an optional full open position with the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top view in an optional half open position.
